Board of Trustees
There shall be not less than fifteen and not more than nineteen trustees, which includes four co-opted trustees. A person should have been a member of the A.C.T. for not less than three years. The Board of Trustees is elected in the General Body Meeting and hold office for three years. 1/3rd of the Board of trustees shall retire annually by rotation. The retiring trustees are eligible for re-appointment. The Board of Trustees shall meet at least once in six months. The quorum is l/3rd or five whichever is more. Seven days notice is mandatory.
