கிராம பி.பீ.ஓ.க்களுக்கு தமிழக அரசு மானியம்

சென்னை, ஆக. 16: கிராமப்புறங்களில் பி.பீ.ஓ., (வெளிப்பணி ஒப்படைப்பு நிறுவனம்) தொடங்க ஒருதனியார்நிறுவனத்துக்கு ரூ.7.5 லட்சம் வரை மானியம் அளிக்க தமிழக அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

இதன்மூலம், நகரங்களில் மட்டுமே இயங்கி வரும் பி.பீ.ஓ. நிறுவனங்கள் கிராமப்புறங்களை நோக்கிச் செல்லும்நிலை உருவாகியுள்ளது. கிராமப்புறங்களிலும் பி.பீ.ஓ.க்களைத் தொடங்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படும் என சட்டப் பேரவையில் தமிழகஅரசு அறிவித்திருந்தது. இதைத் தொடர்ந்து, கிராமப்புற பி.பீ.ஓ.க்களுக்கான கொள்கையை அரசு வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. சென்னை மற்றும் அதன் சுற்று வட்டாரப் பகுதிகள், மதுரை, கோவை போன்ற நகரங்களில் மட்டுமல்லாது, மாநிலங்களில் உள்ள கிராமப்புறப் பகுதிகளுக்கும் பி.பீ.ஓ. நிறுவனங்களைக் கொண்டு செல்ல வகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளதாக அதில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத் துறையின் பங்கு:

கிராமப்புற பி.பி.ஓ.க்களை அமைக்கும் பணியில் தமிழக அரசின் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத் துறை முக்கியப் பங்காற்றும். அதாவது, பி.பீ.ஓ. நிறுவனங்களைத் தொடங்க யாரெல்லாம் ஆர்வம் காட்டுகிறார்களோ அவர்களை அடையாளம் கண்டு தகுதியானவர்களுக்கு வாய்ப்புகளை வழங்கும். பி.பீ.ஓ. நிறுவனங்களை உருவாக்க காரணமாக அமையும் தொழில் நிறுவனங்களுக்கும், உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளை ஏற்படுத்தித் தரும் அமைப்புகளுக்கும் இடையே பாலமாக இருந்து ஆலோசனைகளையும், போதிய உதவிகளையும் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத் துறை அளிக்கும்.

நிதி உதவி:

கிராமப்புற பி.பீ.ஓ.க்களை அமைக்கும் நிறுவனங்களுக்கு இரண்டு வகைகளில் நிதி உதவி அளிக்கப்படும்.

ஒன்று மூலதன நிதியுதவி, மற்றொன்று பயிற்சிக்கான நிதியுதவி. குறைந்தது 100 பேருடன் மூன்று ஆண்டுகள் செயல்பட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கக்கூடிய பி.பீ.ஓ. நிறுவனங்களுக்கு 15 சதவீதம் அதாவது  ரூ.3 லட்சம் வரை மானியம் அளிக்கப்படும். பி.பீ.ஓ. அமைப்பதற்கான வன்பொருள்கள் உள்ளிட்ட கருவிகளைப் பெற இந்த மானியத்தைப் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம். மற்றொன்று, பயிற்சிக்கான மானியமாக அரசு அளிக்கிறது. 100 பேருக்கு 3 மாதங்கள் பயிற்சியும், அதன்பின் 9 மாதங்கள் பணியும் வழங்கும் நிறுவனத்துக்கு மானியம் அளிக்கப்படும். நபர் ஒருவருக்கு மாதத்துக்கு ரூ.1,500 வீதம் 3 மாத பயிற்சி காலத்துக்கான உதவித் தொகை மொத்தம் ரூ.4.5 லட்சம் வழங்கப்படும். பயிற்சியையும், பணியையும் வழங்கிய ஓராண்டுக்குப் பிறகு இந்தத் தொகை அளிக்கப்படும் என்று தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத் துறைச் செயலாளர் பி.டபிள்யூ.சி.டேவிதார் வெளியிட்ட அரசு உத்தரவில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

என்னென்ன பணிகள்? கிராமப்புற பி.பீ.ஓ.க்கள் மூலம், சம்பந்தப்பட்ட நிறுவனத்தின் விவரங்களைத் திரட்டுதல், அவற்றை கம்ப்யூட்டரில் பதிவு செய்தல், தகவல்கள் மேலாண்மை, தகவல்களை டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்குதல் ஆகிய பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். குரல் வழியிலான பி.பீ.ஓ.க்கள், அதாவது ஒரு நிறுவனத்தின் சேவைகளை தொலைபேசி வழியாக தெரிவிக்கும் பணியும், வர்த்தக ஆய்வு, சர்வே, விற்பனை போன்ற பணிகளும் கிராமப்புற பி.பீ.ஓ.க்கள் வழியாக செய்யப்படும்.

குழந்தை பெற பெங்சுயி குறிப்புகள்

குழந்தை வரம் வேண்டி மருத்துவமனைகளில் பழியாக கிடக்கும் தம்பதியர், அரச மரங்களை சுற்றிவரும் பெண்கள் இவர்களுக்கெல்லாம் நம்பிக்கை டானிக் கொடுக்கிற்து பெங்சுயி சாஸ்திரம்.  நம்மூர் வாஸ்து சாஸ்திரம் போல் இது சீனாவில் நடைமுறையில் இருக்கும் சூழல் சாஸ்திரம்.  ந்ம்மை சுற்றியிருக்கும் சூழலுடன் இணைந்து வாழ்வது என்பதுதான் இதன் அடிப்படை.  குழந்தையில்லா தம்பதிகள் கடைபிடிக்க வேண்டிய வழிமுறைகள் என சிலவற்றை முன் வைக்கும் பெங்சுயி, இது மருத்துவம் அல்ல.  பாரம்பரியமாக கடைபிடிக்கப்பட்டு வரும் நம்பிக்கைதான்.  இதனால் பலனும் விளைந்திருக்கிறது என்று குறிப்பும் கொடுக்கிறது.  தாய்மையடைய‌ பெங்சுயி தரும் குறிப்புகள்...

•  பழங்களுடன் கூடிய மரம் என்பது தாய்மைக்கான அடையாளம்.  எனவே வீட்டில் இடமிருந்தால் கனிகளை தரக்கூடிய மரங்களை நட்டு வளர்த்து வாருங்கள்.  பூத்து காய்க்கும் அம்மரம் போலவே அந்த வீட்டு பெண்களும் கருவுற்று குழந்தைப் பேறை அடைவார்.  இதில் கனி என்பது குழந்தைச் செல்வத்தின் குறியீடு.

•  யானை, முயல் போன்ற விலங்குகள் தாய்மையின் சின்னங்கள்.  எனவே இந்த விலங்குகளின் படங்களை உங்கள் படுக்கையறையில் மாட்டி வைக்கலாம்.

•  வீட்டினுள் கூரிய முனைகளோ, கூர்மையான வளைவுகளோ, கம்பிகளோ இருக்க்க்கூடாது.  இந்த கூரிய முனைகள் விஷ அம்புகளாக செயல்ப்டும்.  இவை வீட்டினுள் இருக்கும் ஆக்க சக்தியை அம்பு போல் பிளந்து வெளியேற்றி விடும்.

•  பெங்சுயியின் அடிப்படை ச்க்திதான். இந்த சக்தி உங்கள் வீட்டினுள் நுழைய வழிவகை செய்யவேண்டும்.  இந்த ச்க்தி வாசல் வழியே புழங்குவதால், அங்கே தடைகள் எதுவும் இல்லாமல் பார்த்துக் கொள்ள வெண்டும்.  தடைகள் என்பது வாசலை மறித்தாற்போல் நிறுத்தப்படும் கார், பைக்குகளையும் உள்ளடக்கியது.  எந்த தடங்கலும் இல்லையென்றால் ஆக்க சக்தி தடையின்றி வீட்டினுள் புகுந்து குழந்தை செல்வம் கிடைக்க வழி செய்யும்.

•  கேட்பதற்கு இது கொஞ்சம் வேடிக்கையாக இருக்கும்.  ஆனால் இதில் அர்த்தமுள்ளது.  குழந்தை வேண்டும் என்று முடிவு எடுத்தவுடன் முதல் காரியமாக உங்கள் படுக்கையின் கீழே இருக்கும் அத்தனை பொருட்களையும் அப்புறப்படுத்தி விடுங்கள்.  அதன் கீழே படிந்து இருக்கும் தூசுகளையும் சுத்தப்படுத்துங்கள்  இதன் பின்னர் எக்காரணத்தை முன்னிட்டும் படுக்கையின் கீழே இருக்கும் தரைப் பகுதியை தொந்தரவு செய்யக்கூடாது.  குறிப்பாக தூசுகளைக் கூட சுத்தம் செய்யக்கூடாது.  அப்போதுதான் அங்கே குழுமும் ச்க்தி, ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான விளைவுகளை ஏற்படுத்தும்.

இந்த வழிமுறைகளை கையாண்டு பாருங்கள்.  உங்கள் வீட்டிலும் குழந்தை தவழும் என்று ந்ம்பிக்கையூட்டுகிறது பெங்சுயி சாஸ்திரம்.

02 Aug 2010: Why Buy Gold ?

In the world market today many people have grown to distrust the stock and general exchange markets and have turned away from the more traditional retirement methods. They are doing this in record numbers because of the fact that an unstable world economy has led to the fall of nations and not just individual bank accounts. If governments are having trouble surviving in these economic times then how can the individual?

To shore up their finances and to allow themselves a fall back plan that has a solid capacity to help them survive day to day once they retire. Of all the ways to invest in gold, the method they have chosen is the acquisition of gold coins.

Why Buy Gold Coins?

Gold coins, especially bullion coins, are a solid investment because of what gold represents. Gold is equal to the word stability when it pertains to the economy. The precious metals, such as gold, generally maintain their value over the years. A single gold coin at a solely metal value rate over a hundred years ago could buy roughly the same amount of merchandise that a single gold coin of equal weight can purchase in the modern day. The actual currency amount the coin is worth may seem to be much higher but that is solely due to inflation of that currency.

Why Coins Instead of Certificates or Escrow Accounts?

Gold coins are the preferred method of purchasing gold if the individual wishes to be able to make a profit in later years. That much is almost a given. There are several other fine points to be made about purchasing and holding onto your own gold coins as opposed to having them held in a bank or simply purchasing them through a certificate program.

The most obvious of these reasons is that the one purchasing the gold coins will know exactly where they are at. Having their gold coins in house or in a private security box means that they do not have to worry about someone accidentally, or otherwise, misplacing paperwork and their gold coins being lost in the shuffle.

Another reason to own gold coins specifically and in-hand is that there are no fees for their storage. No one but the owner of the coins is profiting off of this ownership.

However, with that said gold coins can be successfully held in private bank accounts, as certificate, or in escrow. This statement is not going against anything said previously. Having gold coins on-hand is an excellent method of keeping them, but some people would prefer to store them in a private bank account and pay the minor fees. They do this because their coins are then insured against theft and damage by that bank. At home there is such a thing as theft and damage insurance for gold coins but the coins have to be proven stolen or damaged.

Either way, gold coins are an excellent investment and the manner in which they can be kept is entirely a personal preference. The only improper way to keep gold coins is not to keep them at all.

Vijay Karunamurthy  (Parents Girija and Late Mr. Karunamurthy, Chicago) participated in the San Francisco Bay Area Marathon on July 25th 2010. He finished 26.2 miles in 4-1/2 hours and won the medal for his achievement.

Arun Rajasekar (Parents Dr. Kanchana and Dr. Rajasekar Chicago)
participated and completed Chicago Marathon in 2008 and
he also got the medal for his achievement.

There are many popular silver coins on the market that are unique and quite valuable. Some individuals prefer silver over gold, so having a silver coin collection is the perfect investment for them. People can buy silver coins from dealers, at auctions, or online after doing some research.

The American Silver Eagle coin is one of the most popular one ounce coins made from silver. It features the Walking Liberty design by A.A. Weinman on one side and the silver eagle on the other. Walking Liberty was initially used on half dollars that were produced from the years 1916 to 1947. This coin ranges in cost depending on the year it was struck, but the price tends to be very reasonable.

The one ounce Silver Libertad from Mexico is another popular silver coin that has been struck each year since 1982. The 1985 version sells for around $20, making it affordable to most investors. The sizes of these coins range from 1/20 ounce to five ounces of .999 fine silver. There is a 2003 one kilogram silver Libertad that was produced in a quantity of only 3,000 uncirculated coins, making it very rare.

If the decision is made not to buy gold coins but purchase the silver variety instead, there are many valuable investment options. The American Silver Eagle, Mexican Silver Libertad, and United States Silver Dollar are just a few popular silver coins sought by investors. Silver coins tend to be more affordable than their gold counterparts, making them more feasible for purchase by a larger portion of the population.

Over the weekend, an Indian filled up his fuel tank, and thought petrol had become really expensive after the recent price hike. But then he compared it with other common liquids and did some quick calculations, and felt a little better.

To know why, see the results below – you'll be surprised at how outrageous some other prices are!

Diesel (regular) in Mumbai: Rs. 36.08 per litre
Petrol (regular unleaded) in Mumbai: Rs. 50.51 per litre
Radiator coolant 500 ml Rs. 160 = Rs. 320 per litre

Banks have received RBI guidelines by virtue of which they are supposed to prohibit alterations / corrections on the cheque leaf. The details are as follows:

RBI Circular - DPSS/CO/CHD/ No. 1832/01.07.05/ 2009-10 dated 22nd February 2010 states that no changes / corrections should be carried out on the cheques (other than for date validation purposes, if required). For any change in the payee’s name, courtesy amount (amount in figures) or legal amount (amount in words), etc., fresh cheque forms should be used by customers. This would help banks to identify and control fraudulent alterations.

Based on the above guidelines, the banks can return cheques which have any alteration
in the "Payee Name or Amount in numbers or Amount in words."

The only alteration which is allowed is the alteration in the date.

Please Note:

- The above change will be incorporated by change in the Terms and Conditions on the    cheque book issued by Banks.

- Banks will start returning the cheques for cash payments across the counter and    clearing cheques effective 1st July 2010.

The spirit of the circular is that even authentication of the alterations is not preferred by RBI
