venue for Personal Interaction. Tentative date shall be 2nd or 3rd Sunday
of Sept 2011
- CAUTION; Assistance will not be considered IF CANDIDATE fails to appear for personal interaction.

CENSUS FORM For TPRs Unique IDENTIFICATION (2010-11)
For use by TPR Families at TV Malai, all Villages, Chennai,
Other Cities/Towns + Overseas
NOTE: For Each & every person, including infant, in a family
one Form to be filled out.
Village/Town/City Code is required to be filled - Download List
Household Code = In TV Malai there will be 400 Houses & in Chennai too. So each Vill/Cty Houses numbered in the order the Form is enumerated.
House Member No = Family head is 1, Others 2,3,4... The Questionaire is self explanatory to follow and filling out is easy.
